Solid floor protection mat. It's thick enough to absorb vibrations and the rubber backing keeps it firmly in place. My home gym looks much more professional with this underneath the equipment.

Great mat for the price. It protects my hardwood floors perfectly and doesn't slide around at all. The 4.3mm thickness provides good cushioning and the surface is easy to wipe down.
